We had a fantastic snowstorm back in December. We never expected it to be as big as it was, and boy were we happy! Fortunately, the power didn't go out, school was out for break and it was time for some fun. We had snowball fights, and PLENTY of sledding on the sledding hill in the neighborhood. Here's a few videos of the kids sledding on the 2nd day, when it had quit snowing. Don't let the sun deceive you because it was COLD! You may have seen the video of me doing a very graceful trip down the hill on the first day while it was still snowing. Amazingly enough, there is still snow on the ground around town and in the parking lots - a first in my 4 years here in Virginia. (You have to pause the Playlist to hear the sound of the videos.)
